We've ensured that the office environment we provide has spaces where colleagues can work effectively, collaborate, take time out, take care of their wellbeing and relax.
We offer gym facilities to help with general fitness and wellbeing, including twice-weekly on-site yoga classes along with access to a personal trainer for advice on fitness and nutrition.
We also hold on-site flu vaccine clinics where colleagues can receive a free flu vaccine and provide vaccine vouchers for colleagues who work remotely
We provide access to a variety of support services as well as a legal service to give help and advice on personal matters and access to the Debt Advisor for advice on personal finance issues. This year, we also had eight colleagues trained as Mental Health First Aiders and they are available to any colleague who might want to talk to them.
