Flexible Resolution Services (FRS) has been set up to deliver a range of products and services that support effective dispute resolution. Based on over twenty years' experience in dispute resolution, the team at FRS understands the need for flexibility and for products and services that meet the needs of each sector.
Initially part of Trust Alliance Group, the team at Flexible Resolution Services (FRS) has provided dispute resolution support for a number of sectors including energy, telecommunications and parking. They have used this experience to develop a number of services to suit the needs of multiple sectors.

Domestic & General Warranties
Parking: As part of Trust Alliance Group, the team has been operating the Parking on Private Land Appeals (POPLA) service on behalf of the British Parking Association since 2015. This is an independent appeals service for Parking Charge Notices (PCN's) issued on private land. In the last 12 months the service has received over 80,000 appeals.
Domestic & General: Since June 2015, the business was approved by the Chartered Institute of Trading Standards (CTSI) to handle Domestic & General disputes about home appliance warranties, heating, TV & audio, photo and video devices.
