Working Together is our group commitment to helping consumers and supporting our colleagues.
We will work together with consumers to resolve their case. We work towards a mutually respectful and polite relationship, refraining from harmful behaviours at all times.
Our Working Together Principles set out:
- Our commitments to all consumers and colleagues
- Our understanding of consumer’s behaviours and the impact that may have on our colleagues
- What our response to this is, by working together with colleagues and ensuring their wellbeing, and agreeing a path forward for consumers
