Paul is an experienced chairman of private equity and public market companies, with a track record of creating and realising value for shareholders. He works across several sectors, including financial services, technology, healthcare, retail, and business services. Amongst the roles Paul has held are Deputy Chief of The Co-operative Group, Finance Director at RAC plc and Redland plc.

Margaret has held Senior Independent Non-Executive, Audit, Remuneration, and ESG Chair roles across various sectors. With a strong track record in finance, corporate governance, and transformation, she holds a Doctorate specialising in organizational response to transformation. Margaret brings over 27 years of executive experience, including senior positions such as Finance Director and Director of Business Planning.

Busola, a qualified Chartered Accountant, has primarily worked in Financial Services throughout her executive career. With extensive regulatory and governance expertise, she held the position of Managing Director/CFO – Global Markets EMEA at State Street Global Markets until 2019. Prior to that, Busola served as Finance Director for the Corporate Finance team at Deutsche Bank Capital Markets. She is also Trustee of the Scouts Association, Chairing its People & Culture Committee.

Gillian’s extensive career has led international retail enterprises for IKEA Group in diverse markets. As CEO she led the establishment of IKEA in China and a business turnaround in UK & Ireland. More recently responsible for IKEA’s global consumer experience based in the Netherlands. Her interests are purpose-driven, founder-led organisations that prioritise growth through business and operating model transformation.

Martin has held Non-Executive Director roles across various sectors and has been a business leader in several industries including travel, healthcare, retail, cargo, and charity. With extensive experience in commercial and general management, he has a strong focus on leading and developing teams to deliver results and major change.

Ben joined TAG in 2025 as Group Chief Financial Officer, overseeing Finance, Governance and Continuous Improvement, IT Development, IT Infrastructure, and Data. A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, he brings two decades of financial services experience, having held senior roles within specialist lending organisations. He has extensive experience in corporate financing and strategic growth initiatives, including securitisation, mergers and acquisitions, and non-bank lending.
