Life at TAG

We’ve fostered a culture that builds trust with our stakeholders and empowers colleagues to look after their own wellbeing. Our colleagues’ long service across Trust Alliance Group says it all - at our TAG Stars Awards ceremony we celebrate colleagues reaching 5, 10,15 and 20 years of service with us.

Wellbeing at TAG

Our colleagues have access to a variety of wellbeing resources and programmes to support their mental, physical and financial health. With gym facilities, Private Medical Insurance, and more, we aim to help colleagues keep well both in and out of work. We also run social events throughout the year to enable colleagues to connect with each other.

TAG in the Community

Supporting our local communities is important to us, and we work with local groups throughout the year. Colleagues can volunteer to help with these amazing causes, which has seen us support local food banks, school uniform networks, forests and green spaces, and hostels for people experiencing homelessness.

Early Careers at TAG

Nurturing careers is important to us, and we have our own in-house training academy to help our colleagues develop their professional skills. During the summer we welcome students for an internship programme based at TAG’s Head Office in Daresbury Park. The programme offers young professionals invaluable hands-on experience, whilst gaining insight and skills from across the organisation, before presenting their group projects to the senior leadership team.

What’s the application process like?

This will depend on the role you are applying for. Generally you can expect:

  • A call with our Colleague Resourcing Advisor
  • A first stage interview with the hiring manager
  • A second stage interview with the hiring manager and a director
Can I work remotely?

The majority of our roles are based in our Daresbury, Peterlee or Nottingham offices and are hybrid - you'll work 3 days a week in our office and are able to work 2 days a week from home/elsewhere.

We may occasionally have fully remote roles however these will be specifically advertised as such.
