Trust Alliance Group (TAG) has been awarded Gold in the CSR and Diversity and Inclusion category at the UK Employee Experience Awards 2025.

The EXA Awards recognise organisations that put people at the heart of what they do and demonstrate outstanding commitment to culture, employee experience and diversity, equity and inclusion.

Winning this award reflects TAG’s ongoing commitment to fairness, respect and inclusive practices. At TAG, these values aren’t just ideals, they guide how we work, how we engage and how we give back.

Over the past year, colleagues have made a real difference through a wide range of initiatives. We’ve supported foodbanks and Warrington Youth Zone, while also running Easter egg donations and Christmas events for children in Warrington and Runcorn. A particular highlight was our international volunteering programme in Ghana, where TAG colleagues spent time teaching children a variety of subjects while also helping to build and paint classrooms. Their efforts not only improved facilities and opportunities for learning but also created invaluable relationships with the children and communities they supported.

Inside our organisation, we’ve continued to build a culture where every colleague feels respected and included. We’ve marked cultural and religious awareness days, celebrated Neurodiversity Week, World Autism Day and International Men’s and Women’s Day, and supported our Menopause Support Group. We’re especially proud of colleagues who have shared their personal stories of living with Autism and ADHD, helping to foster greater awareness, empathy and understanding across the organisation.

Sue Chopra, Group Colleague Director at Trust Alliance Group, said:
This award reflects the incredible passion and dedication of our colleagues. Their commitment to supporting each other and the communities we serve makes TAG a truly special place to work. We’re proud of what we have achieved together and remain focused on building, maintaining and restoring trust through inclusion, respect and meaningful action.”

This recognition isn’t only a celebration of what has been achieved but also a reminder of the work still to come. At TAG we’ll continue to strengthen our culture, expand our community initiatives and champion inclusivity at every level. By doing so we aim to create lasting positive change for our colleagues, our partners and the communities we serve.
