Ofgem Directors visit Daresbury Park (August 2025)

We were pleased to welcome colleagues from Ofgem to our Daresbury Park office this week.

The visit was an opportunity to strengthen our ongoing relationship and discuss how we can continue to work together to build greater trust and confidence across the energy sector. It also allowed us to share updates on key initiatives, including the recent Government proposals aimed at strengthening consumer protections and improving access to Energy Ombudsman.

Alongside these strategic conversations, the visit provided the chance to showcase our workplace and culture, and to highlight the dedication of our colleagues, who work every day to resolve disputes fairly and build trust between consumers and suppliers.
