TAG Appoints Interim CEO

We are announcing today a change in our senior leadership with the appointment of Ed Dodman as Interim CEO of the Trust Alliance Group, following the departure of Simon Palmer from the business.

Ed has been with the business for 6 years and during this time has led the Group's dispute resolution businesses. With experience in regulated sectors, Ed brings significant industry expertise in governance, fairness and dispute resolution.

Ed and the senior leadership team will lead the organisation in its mission to build, maintain and restore trust and confidence between consumers and businesses. From our independent Ombudsman divisions to the Online Responsibility Network, Trust Alliance Group remains at the forefront of consumer trust.
