Trust Alliance Group introduces pilot summer internship programme

We're delighted to have introduced a pilot summer internship programme for 2024. We’ve invited 8 university students, and recent college graduates, to join us for 11 weeks to gain hands-on work experience across our organisation.

The programme has been designed to give our interns exposure to different business units and departments, taking into consideration their interests and ambitions. They will be gaining skills and insights from teams across the Group such as:

• Operations & Regulations

• Legal & Risk

• Policy & Public Affairs ️

• Communications

• Finance & Strategy

Beyond their department rotations, interns will have weekly mentor meetings to share their experiences and what they've learned and will have access to our internal training resources through our dedicated Academy team.
