Trust Alliance Group opened the doors to their Daresbury-based head office this week to welcome over 900 local primary school children, treating them to a jam-packed day of Christmas fun.

Over three separate days, school children from Windmill Hill, The Brow, Castleview, Gorsewood, Brookvale, Murdishaw West, and St Martins got the chance to participate in a whole host of festive activities, including Christmas crafts, face painting, Christmas movies and a special visit to Santa’s grotto.

Colleagues from Trust Alliance Group gave up their time to help during the three-day period, donning festive fancy dress to entertain the young guests and make it a memorable experience for all that attended.

Simon Thornton, Senior Leader for Legitimacy at Trust Alliance Group, said: “This is our third year of hosting local primary schools for Christmas, and this year has been the best yet. Bringing joy to so many children is incredibly rewarding, particularly when a lot of families are struggling this Christmas. These school visits are a firm fixture in our annual calendar and colleagues really look forward to welcoming the children each year.”

Claire Gibson, Nursery Teacher at Brookvale Primary School, said: “We all had an amazing day! We can’t thank the staff at Trust Alliance Group enough. The children have had a fabulous time and it’s something they’ll remember for a while.”

Providing a safe, fun environment for children to enjoy Christmas is just one of the ways Trust Alliance Group continues to support the local community. The Group is committed to working with local primary schools year-round, as well as charities and community projects such as Warrington Foodbank and Mersey Forest.
