Trust Alliance Group welcomes new Chair, Paul Hewitt

Trust Alliance Group (TAG) is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Hewitt as Chair of the Board from 1 July 2025.

Paul is an experienced chair and board director with a strong track record in creating and realising value across a range of sectors, including financial services, technology, healthcare, retail and business services. His career has included senior roles as Deputy Chief Executive of The Co-operative Group and Finance Director at both RAC plc and Redland plc.

Paul takes over from Lord Tim Clement-Jones, who served with distinction for the past nine years. During his time as Chair, Lord Clement-Jones oversaw the Group’s transformation from Ombudsman Services into Trust Alliance Group, helping to strengthen our role as an organisation that exists to build, maintain and restore trust between consumers and businesses.
