TAG Stars Awards 2025

During our Colleague Conference in Blackpool, we celebrated and recognised individual talent across the Group in our TAG Stars Awards ceremony – a true highlight of our year.

The awards are a great way to support and encourage our values across the business, while recognising our key achievers and celebrating long-term service across the group.

We had 43 colleagues commemorating 5 and 10 years of service with us, plus a special mention to John Gallagher, Senior Leader – Regulatory Comms and Parking and Joanne Fowler, Coach in FRS, who both celebrated 20 years with TAG.

In the weeks leading up to the conference, colleagues were encouraged to nominate each other in 13 categories which included ‘Rising Star’, ‘Community Star’, and ‘Team of the Year’. The ‘Group Superstar’ award was selected by the senior leadership team, and was awarded to David Pilling, Senior Leader - Policy & Public Affairs.

Congratulations to all those nominated and a huge well done to this year’s winners! We’d like to take this opportunity to thank all our colleagues for their hard work and achievements over the past 12 months.
